What an incredible month already!

A few points to ponder regarding rejection and praise from Sunday:

Jesus handled the rejection of those around Him with incredible strength. It wasn't that He had a hard outer shell. It was the fact that He did not allow the rejection of man to penetrate His soul because He didn’t allow the acceptance of others feed His soul.

We suffer rejection when we look for someone's acceptance but don't get it.

...and I really don't know about those timeouts in baseball????

If we have the radio dial of our minds set on AM to hear the honor and praises of those around us and God communicates on FM, you’re going to wonder why you can’t hear from Him.

When we are energized by the praise of people, we lose our discernment.

Outreaches this week

I am so pumped about the opportunities we have and are taking as a church. We are showing and sharing the love of Christ to 100’s of folks in the greater Pulaski area this week in various ways. Yes, you can show and share the love of Christ through chili, cheese, crackers, dessert, jackets, shirts, boots, mittens, cookies, oil changes, gifts.

Can't wait to see what God continues to do!
